Uruguay Meats participated in CIIE- China International Import Expo- one of the most relevant trade shows for the import of products in China.
This was the seventh edition in a row with the presence of INAC.
As part of the positioning of Uruguayan meats in the Chinese market, tenderloin and ribeye tastings were held at the Uruguayan stand both in a private restaurant and tasting on the go offered to the public.
One hundred and fifty people attended a reception, where different beef and sheep cuts were cooked in various Eastern and Western preparations.
