Uruguay Meats once again participated in the Food & Hotel (FHA) trade fair, held in Singapore from April 8 to 11.
As Southeast Asia’s leading food and beverage expo, FHA brought together more than 1,500 exhibitors from over 50 countries, solidifying its role as a key hub for global food trade.


During the fair, Uruguay Meats organized tastings of beef ribeye and sirloin, as well as lamb loin, presented in ways that showcased the flavor, tenderness, and natural quality of Uruguayan meat. Held in three daily sessions, the tastings attracted strong interest from visitors, importers, and professionals from the foodservice sector.
In parallel with the trade fair, the embassy of Uruguay in Vietnam, in collaboration with the Singapore-Latin America Chamber of Commerce, hosted a private dinner for meat and wine importers to promote both Uruguayan products. The menu featured
carefully prepared dishes with beef sirloin, ribeye, and lamb loin, offering guests a firsthand experience of the premium quality Uruguay is known for.

Since 2023, Uruguay Meats has maintained a continuous presence at FHA, reinforcing its long-term commitment to key international markets. The event represents a valuable platform to position Uruguay as a trusted source of high- quality meat, backed by strong values of traceability, sustainability, and natural flavor.
