Anuga 2025, the world-renowned food and beverage trade fair, took place recently in Cologne, Germany. Recognized as one of the most important global events in the sector, it brings together key industry players to showcase innovation, exchange ideas, and celebrate culinary excellence.
Uruguay Meats – meat promotion brand of the National Meat Institute (INAC) – once again represented Uruguay at the event, present for over 40 years. The 660 m² stand featured a custom-designed restaurant where visitors could enjoy tastings of Uruguayan beef, highlighting its quality, flavor, and versatility to an international audience.

As part of the fair, on October 6, Uruguay Meats hosted its reception at the iconic Rheinterrassen restaurant. More than 200 guests, including clients and importers, enjoyed an exclusive culinary experience with tastings of tenderloin and spencer roll prepared in various styles and cooking methods. A live cooking station added a dynamic touch, showcasing the talent of Uruguayan chefs and the excellence of the country’s beef.



This edition of Anuga gathered more than 8,000 exhibitors across 300,000 m² of exhibition space and welcomed 140,000 professional visitors from over 200 countries, consolidating its status as the premier global meeting point for the food industry.
