Meat tasting at an event during the Rugby World Cup with President Lacalle Pou

An event was held in Paris at the start of the Rugby World Cup 2023, co-organized by the Uruguayan Rugby Union, the National Sports Secretariat, the French-Uruguayan Chamber of Commerce, the Uruguayan Embassy in France, Uruguay XXI and INAC. 

It was attended by Uruguayan President Luis Lacalle Pou and was attended by some 160 guests, including Uruguayan authorities, French businesspeople and sports personalities.

Guests were offered Uruguayan beef, and the chosen cut was grilled sirloin steak. INAC was in charge of the tasting, and chef Tomás Bartesaghi was sent by the Institute especially for the occasion.
